Spectator thinks of a card - magician produces a prediction card but it is wrong - this opens up to make another card twice the size, still wrong - this opens up to make a larger card, still wrong - this opens up to make a giant card, still wrong - this opens up to show a whole deck in a jumbled mess - “It must be here somewhere!” says the performer!
A great gag and some performers will stop here - but you can now let a spectator think of any card he sees in the picture and you name the card.
